Lynn, who earned a degree in communications from Mississippi State University, has more than 23 years of advertising experience. She worked for a major corporation for several years, achieving the positions of national and international Media Buyer, Assistant Advertising Manager and Advertising Manager. She joined Leading Edges in 2001 as an Account Executive. She has been responsible for many of the agency’s major accounts, including Rush Foundation Hospital, the Mississippi Tourism Association, and the MSU Riley Center for Education & Performing Arts. She currently holds the position of Vice President and oversees the Sales Department as well as day-to-day management of the business.

Leslie earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism, with an emphasis in marketing and advertising, from the University of Mississippi. Endlessly inventive, she works with businesses large and small on creative marketing strategy, copywriting, and in-store promotions.

Kristen is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in communications and emphasis in public relations. She has been a domestic and international promoter for Mississippi's tourism industry for over 14 years. She currently is responsible for ad sales for the Official Mississippi Tour Guide and the Mississippi Tourism Web Banner program.

After more than 28 years in the banking industry, Jackie now attempts to ride herd on a bunch of creative types. It’s not easy, but it’s never boring. As office manager for five years, she coordinates traffic and work flow and handles the bookkeeping.

Tyler is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. He was a student athletic trainer for baseball, soccer and softball at Meridian Community College and for football at Mississippi State. After graduating from MSU, Tyler returned to his alma mater, Meridian High School, in the field of education and helped with athletic training in football and baseball. He has six years of experience in education with the Meridian Public School system and one year of experience in sales with a local athletic company.

Tony Boutwell joined Leading Edges in 2001. He has spent more than 17 years producing broadcast-quality commercials and videos with a flair for 3-D animation. As Creative Director for Leading Edges, he has also helped clients with logo development, print layout/concepting and overall product branding. Tony graduated from Mississippi State with a bachelor of fine arts degree in graphic design and computer animation. He has held positions as a Graphic Designer, Webmaster and 3-D Animator. Promoted from Creative Director to Vice President – Creative Director oversees the design team and shares in the responsibility of day-to-day management of the company.
